Star Wars -- in Asciimation

If you are sick of all those sites with slow-loading Shockwave graphics and the like, then you will love this site. Created by New Zealander Simon Jansen, asciimation is moving pictures created entirely in typewriter font, using the standard ASCII characters, in black and white.

Simon has been beavering away putting the movie Star Wars into asciimation. It is painstaking work, and he says you have to be "very bored to do something like this".
