OCTOBER
A.H. Roffers Construction Inc., Ashland, on Oct. 2 paid an $875
citation for allowing an employee to ride on the step of a front-
end loader. The company was issued the citation on Sept. 24 during a
highway and street construction job on U.S. Highway 13 in Ashland.
TGC Services Inc., Duluth, Minn., paid a $1,500 fall protection
citation on Oct. 10. The company was issued the citation on Sept. 21
during a roofing, siding and sheet metal job at the Northland
College Campus Center in Ashland.
NOVEMBER
Warning Lites of Appleton, Menasha, reached an informal
settlement with OSHA on Nov. 2 to reduce a $225 general excavation
