By the time you read this, your New Year resolutions will have
been made, broken, and forgotten.
But New Year resolutions do make an interesting study which
reveals two key points about the Web -- people will try to make
money on the Internet in ways you would probably never think of, and
some Web pages demonstrably do not get updated for years.

will pop up everywhere when you do a Web search for New Year
resolutions.
