Exmouth's Church Road has three main elements to it - a
magnificent church, a scattering of local businesses and an
assortment of homes.
Adjoining the busier Exeter Road, which is bustling with shops,
restaurants and pubs, Church Road is noticeably quieter.
The delightful All Saints Church is surrounded by well-kept
gardens. Vicar, Father Trevor Smyth, has lived on the road for eight
years.
He said: "My wife and I have been very happy here, the proximity
to the town centre is ideal, and we are very close to bus and train
links, so don't have to always rely on the car, which is grand.
"The population of this district parish is around 8,000 people
and we get around 80 people on average in our ...
