WHEN it comes to black comedy crime and satire, they don't come
any better than Miami Herald reporter Hiassen. Already the likes of
'Double Whammy', 'Skin Tight' and 'Strip Tease' - the latter turned
in to a Demi Moore movie - have been best-sellers.
This, his seventh outing, is packed full of the improbable
characters and outrageous situations that are Hiassen's stock in-
trade. Not even Tarantino is likely to come close to the cast of
what is effectively a chase thriller with more twists thanSpaghetti
Junction.
