TRIBUTES were paid today to pioneering Midland industrialist
Raymond Biddle, who has died aged 84.
Mr Biddle, of Stourport-on-Severn, died peacefully at a
Stourbridge nursing home on Monday.
The founder of Halesowen electric wheelchair manufacturers Biddle
Engineering, his interests also included motorcycling, photography
and sailing.
Mr Biddle, who is survived by his wife, Shirley, formerly lived
in Pedmore and Hagley.
