BRIDGE of fear.
That is what some residents of USJ2 in Subang Jaya feel about a
bridge over the Kesas Highway that connects their area to SS14.
One resident, at least, will not use it ever again. Not unless
she has to.
Mupinderjeet Kaur (right), who lives in Jalan USJ2/3, had her
purse snatched on the bridge early last year.
Then on Feb 21, she was molested at the same place by a man who
followed her to SS14 and attacked her again. She lodged a police
report.
Recalling the incident, the 34-year-old TV3 employee said she was
on her way to work in Bandar Utama that day. It was about 2pm and
she wanted to take a bus from SS14.
