THE Spice Girls today denied that the hugely successful group was
splitting up.
They spoke out after comments by Melanie Chisholm which sparked
fears for the future of the pop phenomenon.
Band spokesman Alan Edwards said: 'Melanie C hasn't left the
Spice Girls.
'Everyone wants to say it's over but it isn't, the group have
still got strong ties. It ain't over until it's over and it ain't
over.'
The departure of Mel C would leave only three Spice Girls -
Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton.
