ARE residents on the ground floor of flats, apartments or
condominiums allowed to keep dogs?
Raymond of Pekeliling Flats says City Hall officers have asked
him to get rid of his dog.
"I live on the ground floor and have been keeping my dog for the
past eight years."
He says in 1994, Hotline carried an article stating that
residents who live on the ground floor are allowed to keep a dog.
He says his dog is properly cared for and has never disturb the
