OKAY, everyone knows that nasi ayam is one of Malaysia's most
sumptuous delicacies. It can be found on almost every street corner,
in every suburb, and is loved by almost everyone.
Where nasi lemak has made itself our national breakfast dish,
nasi ayam has become the food of choice between lunch and dinner.
There have been so many different concoctions of nasi ayam over
the years, having progressed alongside the nation's move to Vision
2020 by providing us with innovative new ways to appreciate this
local delight.
It's one of the only dishes, along with satay, that foreigners
enjoy because it's not spicy enough to offend Western tastebuds and
is tasteful enough to provide that sense of Asia ...
