THE English have traditionally turned up their noses at
Scotland's
national dish - but now celebrity chef Nick Nairn says haggis is
becoming all the rage from Newcastle to Newquay.
A champion of Scots recipes, Mr Nairn believes rocketing haggis
sales have been sparked by those south of the Border waking up to
the
benefits of a stuffed sheep's stomach.
It seems food connoisseurs have overcome the thought of eating
entrails - and are beginning to appreciate the fine flavours a good
haggis can offer.
