AMBITIOUS plans to expand Edinburgh Park to three times its
current size were unveiled today.
The company behind the massive business park hopes to create
another two million square feet of commercial space in the GBP 230
million second development phase.
It will make Edinburgh Park Scotland's fourth biggest commercial
centre outside Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh city.
New Edinburgh Limited, which has already created a million square
feet of offices for GBP 100m, hopes to complete the work within the
next 20 years.
The original plans for the ten-year-old park envisaged it covering
a total of 2.25 million sq ft.
