CHEYENNE Adult pronghorn in southeast Wyoming look good and healthy for hunters out on the prowl over the next several weeks, wildlife officials say.

However, officials say a harsh April storm caused several doe pronghorns to abort their young, which may mean leaner hunting over the next two years.

Game and Fish biologist Mark Zornes predicts good hunting this year for antelope hunters in this part of the state.

"With the forage production this year, the animals we do have are in good shape," says Zornes.
