Tajik President Emomali Rakhmonov arrived in Ankara this afternoon
for a four-day state visit to further the development of the
bilateral ties between Tajikistan and Turkey.
Soon after his arrival in the Ankara Esenboga Airport, Rakhmonov
flew to the presidential palace of Turkey by helicopter.
Turkish President Suleyman Demirel will hold an official ceremony
to welcome Rakhmonov in the presidential palace Monday morning and
the two presidents later will hold talks on the regional and
international issues.
