Article: Body Formed to Co-ordinate Tourism in Tanzania

Local and foreign tour operators in Tanzania have formed a council to look into their internal differences and chart out strategies to face kenya in a major quest for equitable benefit and market share.

According to a report reaching here from Arusha, northern Tanzania today, Prof. Karim Hirji, a tourism consultant based here, was unanimously peaked as interim chairman by a meeting of hoteliers, hunters, airline operators, tour and travel agents there on Friday.
