The Iraq Sanctions Committee of the U.N. Security Council decided
today on the selection of four independent experts to supervise
Iraq's oil sale.
The experts in international oil trade who will serve as
"overseers" at the U.N. headquarters are Arnstein Wigestrand of
Norway, Maurey G. Lorenz of the United States, Bernard Cullet of
France and Alexandre V. Kramar of Russia.
Should there be a need for a fifth overseer as work progresses,
Xie Changxian of China would be recommended by the secretariat for
the post, ...
