Article: Iraq Sanctions Committee Selects "Overseers"

The Iraq Sanctions Committee of the U.N. Security Council decided today on the selection of four independent experts to supervise Iraq's oil sale.

The experts in international oil trade who will serve as "overseers" at the U.N. headquarters are Arnstein Wigestrand of Norway, Maurey G. Lorenz of the United States, Bernard Cullet of France and Alexandre V. Kramar of Russia.
