Article: Chinese Draft Resolution on Human Rights Deemed Acceptable

A draft resolution on human rights, presented by the Chinese Inter-Parliamentary Group attending the on-going 96th Inter-Parliamentary Conference, has become the basis of a resolution of the conference by winning overwhelming majority votes.

Human rights are one of the major topics that drew attention from participants to the conference, which is expected to work out a resolution titled Promoting Greater Respect and Protection of Human Rights in General and in Particular for Women and Children.
