Article: Japan Urges U.S. Policy Change

Japan has called on the United States to make a policy change on crude oil shipping, according to a Kyodo News Service report Monday.

So far, the U.S. only allows tankers flying American flags to carry Alaskan crude oil, the report quoted officials of Japan's Transport Ministry as saying.
