Article: South Korea Plans to Send Back Rescued DPRK Navy Diver

The South Korean Defense Ministry plans to repatriate Chung Kwang-son, a navy diver of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), who was rescued early this morning while drifting in the Yellow Sea.

The repatriation will be made on humanitarian grounds through the Military Armistice Commission at the truce village of Panmunjom in the near future, the ministry said in a statement issued this afternoon.
