Article: Yunnan Province Expects Stronger Ties with Hong Kong SAR

Southwest China's Yunnan Province expects to increase its cooperation with Hong Kong in the manufacturing and information industries, financing and tourism after the latter's return to the motherland.

This view was jointly voiced here by over 30 economists, businessmen from Hong Kong, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia and other countries and regions as well as Yunnan Province in a recent conference on past and future exchanges between the two sides.
