China has nearly finalized its negotiation with Israel on a
potash
fertilizer joint venture in northwest China's Qinghai Province.
The two sides, who have had six rounds of negotiations since
August 1995, have reached consensus on a joint venture contract,
creating chapters of the joint venture and technical licensing
agreement in the last round of talks.
Production capacity of the project is set to reach 800,000 tons
of
