Article: Sino-Israeli Potash Fertilizer Project to Start Soon

China has nearly finalized its negotiation with Israel on a potash fertilizer joint venture in northwest China's Qinghai Province.

The two sides, who have had six rounds of negotiations since August 1995, have reached consensus on a joint venture contract, creating chapters of the joint venture and technical licensing agreement in the last round of talks.
