Article: Smuggled Clothing Threatens Zimbabwe's Textile

Zimbabwe's largest textile company today warned the industry's futute is under serious threat from smuggled goods.

Chairman of David Whitehead Textiles Ltd Chris Parvin said unless regional governments tightened border controls, the domestic market share of textile and clothing companies would continue to be eroded by cheap imports, particularly from the Far East.
