The Dutch government expressed serious concerns on Tuesday about
some activists' violation of the diplomatic status of the Greek
ambassador's residence in The Hague, where the Dutch central
government is located.
According to the Dutch Government information Council, the
government takes an extremely serious view of the occupation of the
Greek ambassador's residence and the fact that three people have
been
taken hostage.
Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Jozias van Aartsen has contact
his Greek counterpart Theodoros Pangalos and expressed his sincere
regret about the incident, the council said in a new release in The
Hague.
