Where is it?
In a Victorian Cotton Mill, a minute's walk from Piccadilly
Gateway railway station in Manchester. These may not sound like
salubrious - or quiet - surroundings, but the area's going up and the
grand old building has thick brick walls and double glazing.
What does it look like?
Within the imposing, five-storey, red-brick facade, the heart of
this former engine room of 19th-century industry still beats through
the exposed steel girders, parquet floors and Victorian patterned
