Article: Ferrari to Seek '98 Title with New F-300 Car

The Ferrari team today unveiled its new F-300 car with which it hopes drivers Michael Schumacher and Eddie Irvine to capture the 1998 Formula One championship.

The F in the new name stands for Ferrari while the 300 refers to the number of cubic centimeters (cc) of each of its ten cylinders.

The F-300 was presented in a ceremony held at Maranello, Ferrari's high-tech wind tunnel, designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano, with the participation of the two drivers together with Ferrari Chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, team manager Jean Todi and test driver Luca Baduer.
