Article: Rwandan Government Announces Important Lay-offs

The Rwandan government has announced that it will proceed to important lay-offs of public sector's employees, the Rwanda News Agency reported Tuesday.

The lay-offs are scheduled to begin on April 1, Rwandan Prime Minister Pierre Celestin Rwigema told reporters on Monday.
