South Korean President Kim Dae-jung Tuesday unveiled a delayed lineup of 17 cabinet members amid the country's financial crisis and political instability.

Kim Jong-pil, honorary chairman of the United Liberal Democrats (ULD), was named as acting prime minister after the National Assembly, or parliament, failed to vote over his nomination as prime minister Monday.
