Article: Colombian Government, LIBERATION ARMY TO RESUME PEACE TALKS.

The Colombian National Liberation Army and the Colombian government signed an agreement on peace talks in Mein, Germany, on Monday, the radio station RCN reported.

Under the agreement, the National Liberation Army and the government's National Council for the Peace (CNP) will continue negotiations in Germany.

They will also discuss the possibility of holding a national convention for the final settlement of the hostilities in the country.
