The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has given three
Chinese firms permits to make their initial public offerings (IPOs)
on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges.
The Anhui Tongfeng Electronic Co., Ltd. is a major producer and
technical developer of electronic materials and electronic elements.
Based in the city of Tongling of Anhui Province, they will issue 40
million in common stocks at 7.66 yuan per share.
