Article: Iran Urges Israel to Withdraw From Shebaa Farms

Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi has urged Israel to withdraw from the Shebaa farms in south Lebanon and to release Lebanese prisoners, the Islamic Republic News Agency reported on Thursday.

In a telephone talk with the U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan on Wednesday evening, Kharrazi stressed that any provocative move by the Israeli regime may create a critical situation in the region.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in south Lebanon following the Israeli withdrawal last week.
