The SilkAir of Singapore Airlines Friday opened its direct flight
from Singapore to Siem Reap, northern Cambodia.
An Airbus-320 landed Friday afternoon at the Siem Reap
International Airport and was welcomed by senior officials from the
Cambodian government.
The Singapore Airlines started its daily flight as of Friday,
directly from Singapore to Siem Reap, where the well-known Angkor
Wat, one of the wonders in the East, is located.
