If anyone had any doubt about the Thai Rak Thai Party's
domination over Thai politics few days ago, now they must be fully
sure that it is the reality, as the party has again won a sweeping
victory in Monday's second-round national election.
According to the preliminary results unveiled Tuesday, during the
second-round election in 62 constituencies across the kingdom
Monday, Thai Rak Thai Party (Thai Loves Thai), grabbed 25 slots out
of the rest 62 seats in the next House of the Representatives, the
lower chamber.
This will bring the party's total House seats to 249, which is
just one seat away from achieving a simple majority in the 500-
