Article: Daewoo Develops Oxygen-Producing Air Conditioner

South Korean Daewoo Electronics Co. Tuesday said it has developed the world's first air conditioner producing oxygen.

The air conditioner, called Suphia O2, makes use of a membrane separation system to filter out dust and other substances so that an optimal level of clean oxygen is given out together with the cooled air.
