Article: Terrorist Group Kills Two Hostages in Southern Thailand

A terrorist group in southern Thailand beheaded two kidnap victims in an apparent attempt to discourage others from refusing their ransom demands, the Bangkok Post reported Wednesday.

On Monday night, the heads of the two villagers of southern province Yala were found dumped on a road. A handwritten statement from the terrorist group were found along with their heads.

"This is an example for those who did not pay the movement," the so-called Sri Nakharo terrorist group wrote in the Yawi language, a language used in southernmost Thailand.
