The latest statistics show that 103 tons of Chinese wolfberry
juice, produced by a company in northwestern Ningxia Hui Autonomous
Region, have been exported to the United States since May.
Sources say that the exports have earned more than 460,000 U.S.
dollars in foreign exchange for the autonomous region.
Attracted by the good quality of China-made wolfberry juice, the
U.S. importers have signed contracts with Ningxia Qixiang Bio- food
Industrial and Trade Company Ltd to import wolfberry juice in 2002
and 2003.
