BEIJING, December 15 (Xinhua) -- The Organizing Committee of the
Beijing 2008 Olympic Games will come into existence and start to
world in December, Beijing mayor Lui Qi said here on Thursday.
The target and mission for the Organizing Committee of the
Beijing Games is to build the world largest sports gala into the
best games in the Olympic history, according to Lui Qi.
But the Mayor, who led the Beijing's bidding committee to Moscow
