Herbs are a wonderful way to flavor your food.
Cooking with herbs can help you reduce the amount of salt you use
or even eliminate it. And, using herbs offers another health
benefit. They are plants that contain cancer-fighting
phytochemicals, just like the vegetables, fruits, whole grains,
legumes and other foods that are part of the plant-based diet the
