The draw of those West Virginia hills! We hear a lot about
citizens leaving our state to work elsewhere. That roadway goes both
ways. There are opportunities here and many from here and elsewhere
are seeking them. "Opportunities in West Virginia and Those Seeking
Them" is an eight-part series highlighting some of those who have
