The Municipal Auditorium is certainly one of Charleston's finest
institutions. It provides a venue for cultural events, for civic
programs and presentations for educational ceremonies and all the
rest, and it has space for large audiences in some comfort. In
short, it's one of our finest and most attractive civic features,
greatly enhancing the quality of our city life. That quality is not
to be ignored. It also impacts and attracts new and expanding
businesses to our town and the Kanawha Valley at ...
