If our vegetable garden and fruit trees and bushes are any
indication families in our area who have access to homegrown fruits
and veggies will have a surplus this year. While fresh is definitely
preferred. home canned, frozen and dried fruits and vegetables are a
welcome addition to the family dinner table during those months when
