You don't have to give up fresh vegetables just because the
weather turns cold. In fact, you will find some vegetables are
plentiful during the winter like cauliflower, carrots and broccoli.
This week I would like to share with you a broccoli and Swiss cheese
casserole, one that's great for the holidays and easy to prepare.
Also, I have a great deviled carrots recipe that is a great side
dish for the holidays. Enjoy!
Broccoli & Swiss Cheese Casserole
1 (24-ounce) container cream-style cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup flour
4 cups chopped, cooked broccoli
