A GROUP of gay women are putting their careers and reputations on
the line by starring in a controversial play that deals explicitly
with lesbianism.
The first-time cast includes a successful young doctor, the
divorced mother of a teenage boy, and a 17-year-old schoolgirl. They
are about to perform in an amateur production of Fingerlicks, a no-
holds-barred drama that reveals intimate details of the women's
lives
and love affairs, as part of the Glasgay Festival next week.
