Local vineyard owner Judy Finn of Neudorf Vineyards features in a
newly published book, Vineyards of New Zealand Cookbook.
She shares her special family recipe for goat's cheese souffle
matched with Neudorf pinot noir.
The book has a regional flavour with recipes to accompany wines
from different vineyards around the country.
Judy features in the Nelson section that also includes Seifried
Estate, Glover's Vineyard, Moutere Hills Vineyard and Denton Winery.
The goat's cheese souffle recipe is one Judy found pinned on the
wall of a friend's apartment in San Francisco when they were
visiting the States for a pinot noir conference in Oregon.
