A Nelson drug addict who stole methylated spirits was yesterday
told by a judge she would spend a lot of her future in prison if she
did not take control of her life.
Vicki Margaret Jardine, 36, appeared in the Nelson District Court
having previously been found guilty of stealing three containers of
methylated spirits, valued at $12, from The Warehouse in Nelson on
May 10.
Judge Pat Grace said Jardine was a drug addict and was on a
methadone programme.
He said it was Jardine's sixth conviction for ...
