THERE aren't many laughs to be had at a PJ Harvey concert. There is lots of anguish, plenty of scary screaming and a fair degree of brooding menace but lighter moments are rather thin on the ground. It has been remarked, unfairly of course, that it is never difficult to distinguish between a Scot and a ray of sunshine. Polly Jean Harvey comes from the Black Country but the same principle could certainly be applied to her.
