MOIR LOCKHEAD is seated at his desk, beneath a giant oil painting of a Highland cow. "That's Lilly Ann," says the big, broad-shouldered boss of Aberdeen-based transport company FirstGroup, which has hit the headlines with its Great Western rail deal. "She was my first cow," he adds proudly.
