AN extraordinary array of intricate and often inept wine
accessories are available today. Some modern patents and designs are
extremely effective and efficient, others trigger more expletives
and
frustrations than any other domestic appliance in our home. Here is
a shortlist of modern designs which should enhance the enjoyment of
wine:
