HAVING been dogged by ill-fortune for the past 18 months, it comes as no small relief to discover Northern Ballet Theatre can still come up with the goods.

Losing two artistic directors in as many years can't be easy, neither can finding your offices and costume department ravaged by fire. And as for their disastrous dabbling with gothic horror, Jekyll and Hyde, the less said the better.

But, as the great mastermind behind the company's current production once said, all's well that ends well.
