SLEEP. What was it Chic Murray used to say about sleep? "How did
you sleep?" "Well, I haven't had any complaints!" Something like
that, and I'm sure any Chicophiles out there will be only too happy
to correct me if it's completely wrong. Might not even have been
Chic! I mention it because I was pondering sleep, or the lack of it,
the other morning at 4:56 having woken up from a nightmare, and I
remembered the line as I was trying to get back to sleep. I normally
get up at six o'clock, or, as Chic would maybe have said, "I get up
at six o'clock normally ... or as normally as I can manage to get up
at six o'clock. Sometimes I get up abnormally, which usually means
going straight back to bed, ...
