SLEEP. What was it Chic Murray used to say about sleep? "How did you sleep?" "Well, I haven't had any complaints!" I mention it because I was pondering sleep, or the lack of it, the other morning at 4:56 having woken up from a nightmare, and I remembered the line as I was trying to get back to sleep.
