WASHINGTON, June 22 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Calling today's Senate vote on the nomination of Dr. Henry Foster to be Surgeon General "reprehensible and sad," Democratic National Committee (DNC) National Chairman Don Fowler blasted GOP presidential candidates Phil Gramm and Bob Dole for putting presidential politics before the interests of America.
